We actually take 16 measurements of your wall, (because not everyone’s wall is exactly the same)… bring them on site to your home, and carefully transport these walls into the bathroom. And pretty much you just have to install it up and over the tub. We do have three types of adhesives that we utilize in order for the walls to stay put, and I tell you they are very, very strong… So we’ll go ahead and install the walls, which are nice and seamless, since it is a one-piece system, and we’ll go ahead and caulk, just the one line below the walls around the tub and make everything watertight and sealed properly.
What our one-piece, seamless wall brings you are the benefits of easy cleanup, low maintenance, and leak resistance. Whereas showers and bathtubs installed by other companies might require frequent redoing of caulk or grouting between grooves in the wall, the professional Bath Fitter product is hassle-free. Jeff goes on to mention that it’s not easy customizing a wall for all of our customers. You know, this is a very difficult process… [because] we actually manufacture… We literally have to measure your area in 16 different dimensions and then take that wall, be able to cut, bend, and deliver that to your house – and it fits perfectly in that area.

It’s a completely non porous material. So what you have is ease of cleaning, all you got to do is spray it off was spray it down and wipe it off. It’s very strong… It’ll look like the day we put this in 30 plus years from now.
Jeff then shared an amazing story to illustrate the long-lasting quality of the professional Bath Fitter acrylic product:
It was a customer that had the shower installed about 15 years ago – 15 years. When I walked in there, I was stunned. It looked literally like nobody had ever used this system before… The walls, the shower area, everything was completely clean. The caulking was still white; 15 years… It was really incredible.
