We continue to be impressed by your product and services! Our Bath Fitter Shower System was installed on June 6, 2002, and it still looks like brand new!
On February 2, 2024,1 contacted your Service Department and spoke with Paul about our recent issue … a broken screw In the drain lid. He arranged for Rob to come out on Monday, February 26, at 9:00am.
Rob just left and did a great job, gave us a few extra screws, and NO CHARGE.

I just wanted to thank you for providing such good service to your Bath Fitter customers. Your company replaced our shower in June 2020 and did an excellent job. My wife, Sally, and I event sent you a thank-you letter expressing our complete satisfaction with the new shower and commending all of your employees involved in the project. The great service did not stop there. On April 19, 2021, I called your service department and spoke to Earl about repairing a small section of caulking that cracked along the outside base of the shower pan. Earl could not have been nice or more attentive in addressing the issue. He quickly reassured me that the caulking would be taken care of under the lifetime warranty and offered to schedule the repair at my convenience. On April 29, 2021, Dane came to our house and replaced the cracked caulking. He was also very personable, friendly, and extremely efficient. This quality warranty service is further evidence that we selected the right company for our shower replacement. You truly have built a fantastic company with outstanding employees. We had Bath Fitter put a new tub and shower surround in 2005 and have been extremely happy with everything. It was a big expense and we put a lot of thought into that purchase. It is an exceptional product. What I have been most impressed with though is the customer service. Fifteen years later, the spigot had a slow leak. I made a call to Bath Fitter. They put me in touch with their repair department. The gentleman told me to contact Delta to order the parts for free (lifetime warranty). He gave me the phone number while also providing the model number of spigot as well as the year it was installed. After I ordered the parts I called him back and left him a voicemail informing him the parts were ordered. He called me back within five minutes and scheduled an appointment to come to the house. The repairman came today and was great! He was Extremely knowledgeable and with fifteen minutes he made the repair with no more leaks. I am SO IMPRESSED with Bath Fitter’s customer service!!! Nigel just finished our bathroom. What a worker you have in him. Monday he worked 10 hours straight. I offered to make him a sandwich but he wouldn’t stop working. The only thing he did take was a glass of ice water. Tuesday the same. He knows his job and fulfills it to perfection. He is good mannered, respectful & courteous. My husband and I were pleased with Bath Fitter! The sales person was knowledgeable and not at all pushy. Also, the installer was very nice and there were no problems. We did not like the shower head as it was not as large as the one that we were used to so we called and asked if they had a larger one. They explained that this the only size they provide but if we decide to change it, they would be happy to install it for us. These are the most professional people I’ve ever worked with. I can’t say enough good things about them. Each person I dealt with was nicer than the last. I have now had Bath Fitter do a new shower installation 2 years ago and they just did a new bath tub with a new surround. My cousin told me that her neighbor had a tub from Bath Fitter installed. She liked it and gave us Brad Vogl’s name and number. We called and Brad visited us in a timely manner. Seeing what could be done with our tub, without hammering out the wall, was very impressive. Earl came and measured and not too long after that our tub was delivered. The man who worked on it was very courteous and would answer any question. We are very happy with our tub and the shelves and the bars. We are so proud to show everyone our tub. We are writing this letter to express how happy we are about purchasing a new Bath Fitter shower. You were one of five bathroom remodeling companies that we researched extensively and one of three that we invited to our home for a sales presentation. We were not only impressed with the quality and cost of your product, but your employees were OUTSTANDING. Your salesman, Bob Lucci, was very personable, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely thorough in explaining every aspect of the shower replacement project. He also made sure that every detail regarding the job was accurately listed in the job contract. No other company had such a comprehensive written contract. When Dave came to our home to check the worksite and record precise measurements for the shower installation, he was also very thorough with excellent interpersonal skills. The installation team, Jessie and Mike, were equally impressive. In addition to their many fine personal attributes, they are skilled professional workers with a tremendous work ethic. They not only did a first class job installing the shower, they also handled a couple unexpected issues along the way. The first issue was a problem with an electrical line, but they were able to correct it perfectly. The other issue involved a missing shower part. The issue was resolved when Bob Lucci volunteered to make a special trip to our house and deliver the part in person. As a result, there was no delay and the project was completed on time. Based on this experience, it is obvious that you have a superior product and do a fantastic job selecting and training your employees. Keep up the good work. Recently had our tub/shower replaced replaced and wanted to be sure everyone was aware of the total service. Sales person, Maribeth Vogl was a true professional and really helped my wife and I decide what was best for us. She made a point of the fact that Bath Fitter uses their employees to do the work, not hire outside help. The two gentlemen that did the work were outstanding as to: on time. hard working/ good communicators as to what they were doing and why/ very personable/ and made us quite comfortable. My wife and I were very pleased with both the shower and tub overlay project done at our house. We saved a lot of money compared to a total gut job on the two wet-set bathrooms. We had removal of an old bathtub and installation of a walk in shower. Our house was built in 1856 and the plumbing that was added later was plastered into the walls. Bath Fitter took out our tub/shower combination and put in a shower that is very easy for us to get in and out of because it only has about a five inch step. It is equipped with two grab bars, making it very safe. The new shower is very easy to clean and looks perfect in our bath.
